Provides a fast, easy and efficient way of distributing an accurate flow of water from a pot or open ditch. They are constructed of galvanized steel for long life. The edges of the slides are flanged where possible to provide a flat seal with the gate. The top of the slide is rolled on sizes 1″ through 4″. All larger sizes have our “Easy Grip” handle on the slide. Long handles are optional at an additional cost.
These gates are intended for use in low head situations where the control or diversion of surface water is the primary concern. While they have been designed to be a close fitting gate, they can not be guaranteed water tight.
The length and diameter of the tube has been designed to cement easily in concrete pipe.
